Observation

(2c) There were cords within reach of children that were not secure. ((3f) Licensor observed the swing set bench moved back and forth and was not secure, in addition the entire swing set swayed back and forth when played on. Provider stated the set was secure with the in groud attachments. It appeared the swing set may need screws tightened or better secured. (4c) There was a feree standing lamp that was not secure in the living room space. (4e) water temperature was 125 degrees. (5b) GFCI electrical outlet was not tamper resistent.
